Royal Decks and Landscapes, a reputable design & construction company specializing in residential custom landscaping is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing company. In this role, you will work alongside a team of experienced Designers, Project Managers, and Carpenters providing a full-service experience for their customers. Position Title:             Landscaping Project Manager

 

Reports to:                  President

 

Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the RDC projects are completed on time and on budget, exactly as promised at or above the projected Gross Profit the job was originally estimated at.  In addition, the “Scope of Work” is completed to the RDC standard and communicates professionally with all parties involved necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Manage projects start to finish
  • Work alongside estimators
  • Work alongside other project managers
  • Manage 2 landscape crews 
  • Organize and communicate with other trades
  • Ensure quality of work is met to company standards

COMMUNICATION

  • Clear level of communication with customers, estimators, designers, and company owner
  • Update company project management system
  • Work closely with estimators to deliver most accurate proposals

TRAINING AND HIRING

  • Ability to work along hiring team to enhance existing teams and create new
  • Ensure all staff is trained to the highest standard and working within their highest potential
  • Engage the workforce for optimal performance and job satisfaction
  • Motivate staff to embrace our core values

QUALITY CONTROL

  • Ensure Quality Workmanship
  • Proactively anticipate problems and suggest solutions to avoid future issues

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have/Be:

  • Minimum 10 years of installations experience
  • Understanding of basic estimating, production rates to assist project estimators
  • Computer skills (email, project management software..)
  • Detailed oriented and organized
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Buildertrend

About the Job

This role is a full-time permanent position, offering competitive salary of between $80,000 to $85,000 together with a comprehensive benefits package and company truck. If you are a high achiever with the requisite experience, apply now!
